OUR FACILITY

The Weight Room offers a motivating and focused atmosphere for clients to train in. Our equipment includes conventional pieces such as Elite FTS squat racks, Olympic Weightlifting platforms with bumper plates, and a full rack of dumbbells, as well as less-typical equipment such as pushing and dragging sleds, battling ropes, and strongman equipment. With such a wide variety of equipment, we are able to design challenging training programs that produce outstanding results.

We are staffed with veteran strength and conditioning coaches who are certified through organizations such as the National Strength and Conditioning Association, USA Weightlifting, and USATF. Our certifications include:

Dave Coffin

Dave Coffin has close to 15 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach. He received his Exercise Physiology degree from the University of Massachusetts and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as a Certified Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting. A lifelong athlete, Dave grew up playing baseball, football and wrestling. Dave has extensive experience designing and implementing comprehensive training programs for high school and college level athletes as well as general fitness enthusiasts. Whether your goal is athletic development, fat loss, or general fitness development, he can help you reach your goal faster than you ever thought possible.

John Sullivan

For nearly two decades, John has helped Boston area fitness enthusiasts achieve their health and wellness goals. Having earned certifications such as NSCA CSCS, ISSA CFT, Z-Health R Phase Trainer, USA Weighlifting Sports Performance Coach & Level I Coach and PICP Level I Coach, John has helped a diverse clientele ranging from professional athletes to those wishing to achieve personal fitness excellence. His goal specific, individualized training programs will have you looking, feeling and performing at your best.

Nick Vasiliadis, CSCS, CPT

With over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and strength coach, Nick has helped dozens of clients of varying ages and backgrounds improve their health and build strength and athleticism. An avid soccer player, Nick continues to play amateur soccer and coach at the youth level, and encourages his players and clients to take a lifelong interest in their own health and wellness beyond team sports. His goal is to help all of his clients achieve their goals and push their limits through intelligently designed individualized programming and coaching. Nick is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
